Iibada Dance Company has served the Indianapolis community for 32 years, and we are just getting started. Ms. Logan started the organization with a passion to teach youth and that very sentiment is the heartbeat of our company.
For 3 generations, IDC has both developed young dancers and exposed them to the art of dance and the opportunities that are available in the industry. Within every generation, IDC has encountered a rising trend of families needing tuition assistance. IDC believes all children deserve the opportunity to experience dance. With community support, we can provide tuition assistance to students and families in need.
Iibada Dance Company embraces the process our student dancers go through as they become young professionals. Dance has many developmental benefits for students and Iibada is looking to expand the opportunity to underserved communities in Indianapolis. In 2020, IDC is looking to expand our services to Pike and Warren township. Through support, IDC will be able to partner with community stakeholders within the area to provide arts programming at an affordable cost for families. Outside of high school, students lack artistic exposure and opportunities.
